Overview

WA Hino are seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service team on a 12-month, fixed-term basis. As the first point of contact for our service guests, you/'ll play a key role in providing a seamless and positive experience, from check-in through to vehicle collection. Whether you’re an experienced Service Advisor or looking to take the next step in your career, this could be a great opportunity. If you have a strong customer service background and want to gain experience in a Service Advisor role, we’re open to training the right person.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist guests with service bookings and enquiries
- Prepare repair orders and communicate work required to guests
- Liaise with technicians to provide accurate updates on vehicle status
- Maintain clear and timely communication with guests throughout the process
- Upsell additional services and ensure all work is authorised and completed to standard

Qualifications / Skills

- Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer service role (automotive preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise under pressure
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
