Driver Guide is a young and dynamic organisation established to provide practical and safe driver training. Our vision is to make our roads safer through high quality training built on a stress-free and enjoyable learning environment.

**About the opportunity**

Driver Trainers will bring a unique mix of experience, social and cultural diversity, however the one thing they all have in common is their passion and dedication to help our learner drivers of today become safe and independent drivers.

Working across regions including Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Logan, our instructors provide the highest standard of 1:1 driver training to both learners and experienced drivers.

**About you**

This role is suited to someone who wants to run their own small business, whilst being supported by a dedicated and passionate driving school.

**To succeed in this role, you will have**:

- A Cert IV in Transport and Logistics (Road Transport Driving Instruction) (or be willing to undertake this certification)
- A Blue Card (Working with Children)
- An aptitude for training & coaching
- Clear communication skills and be a motivated self-starter
- Great customer service skills
- A clear driving record
- A late model car (2018 onwards) ideally with dual controls fitted or alternatively use one of our company vehicles
- A willingness to take on contract work
