**ABOUT YOU**
You possess current sector knowledge and extensive experience in Mental Health and / or Counselling and are committed to maintaining industry currency. You have demonstrated experience in establishing relationships with and providing exceptional customer service to diverse individuals in a classroom and virtual environment. You pride yourself on your exceptional communication skills and your ability to facilitate adult learning. You are motivated and engaged to assist and support others to achieve their highest potential.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
To be considered for this role you need to meet the following essential requirements:

- Vocational qualifications in Mental Health and / or Counselling (Diploma level or above)
- Minimum three years post-qualification experience in the Mental Health and / or Counselling industry, gained no longer than five years ago
- Certificate IV TAE40116 or equivalent and a commitment to maintaining competency
- Commitment to maintaining and developing technical currency + VET knowledge and skills
