**The Role**:
Talent Web is looking for a Facilities Supervisor trade qualified in Electrical, HVAC, Hydraulic or Mechanical to look after the account of an extremely well-known Retail portfolio.

There are 3 sites which are predominantly Retail with a small amount of Commercial offices.

**Your role will include**:

- Ensure the assets are managed in line with company standards
- Carryout compliance and safety testing
- Manage the hard & soft services for the assets
- Managing the client and various stakeholder relationship
- Monitor and manage outsourced contractors

**You will have**:

- Must have previous experience in Facilities Management along with a trade background in either Electrical, HVAC, Hydraulic or Mechanical
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A strong ability to follow company policy and procedures
- A current motor vehicle license
