**Digital Marketing Assistant** **(**Requisition ID**:015713**)**

**Description**

The Dreamworld, WhiteWater World and SkyPoint marketing team is offering an exciting career opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic **Digital Marketing Assistant** to join our passionate and driven team located at Dreamworld on the Gold Coast.

**Key duties include**:

- Creating and curating social media content for all accounts based on brand direction, broader business initiatives and industry/platform best practise
- Ideation for unique and high performing social media content based on channel-specific best practise
- Monitoring and re-purposing user generated content on social media accounts
- Upload of social media advertising content guided by the Digital Marketing Coordinator
- Community management on social channels
- Working with Guest Services and Contact Centre teams on customer communication
- Responding to and engaging with guests on public posts
- Upload, scheduling, and publishing of website content updates
- Update of various online listings (Google My Business, Trip Advisor etc)

**To be considered, applicants must satisfy the following criteria**:

- A Tertiary Degree in Marketing, Business or similar (or progressive study towards)
- Understanding of user-generated content management, content marketing and reputation management
- Previous exposure to digital marketing activity
- Able to learn new technologies and systems quickly
- Adaptable in role to assist in ad-hoc duties as needed
- Excellent judgement in identifying and managing potentially negative posts
- Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills including the ability to handle multiple products with changing priorities
