We are looking for an Investment Manager to work across some of Australia's biggest brands. The Investment team are responsible for the buying delivery, and is the executional interface with all media owner partners. As such, you will be responsible for bringing ideas and plans to life and ensuring their delivery against strategic and communication objectives. Working closely with the Group Trading Director and with two Investment Executives reporting into you, this role will offer the opportunity to work autonomously in order to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.

**Your day to day**:

- Deployment and management of investment processes, including buying, investing and tracking across all media channels
- Delivery of client brief, ensuring strategy and contractual agreements are met (including budgets and targets)
- Developing key relationships, from media owners through to internal stakeholders
- Providing support, coaching and guidance and delivery effective management approach to Investment Executive team members
- Proactively seeking strategic investment opportunities on behalf of clients
- Reporting back to the Group Trading Director on team outcomes

**Skills and prior experience**:

- Solid media investment / buying experience is a must
- Advanced media landscape and communication channel knowledge
- Ability to build and maintain key relationships, both internally and externally, with exceptional communication skills
- Good knowledge of all buying tools
- Effective team management skills
- Ability to prepare and deliver complex reports
