**The role**

We are seeking an experienced Retail Leasing Secretary/ Paralegal to join our team in Adelaide on a full time basis. In this role, you will be working closely with a Partner and a team of lawyers within a collaborative and dynamic environment. This position offers you the opportunity to assist in managing the leasing requirements for our high profile clients, providing a significant level of autonomy and responsibility.

This role is ideal for a dedicated legal secretary with leasing or transactional real estate experience who is looking to grow and develop within our firm for the long term. - An eye for detail, strong service orientation and an enthusiastic approach to work
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to work directly with clients
- The ability to manage deadlines and consistently meet client service level requirements
- The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong organisation and file management skills
- Advanced skills in Word, Outlook and Excel
- Proficiency using FileSite or similar document management system is beneficial
