**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

We have a great opportunity for an experienced **Supply & Distribution Manager.**This is a hand-on, full time role, based in our Welshpool office. It is an essential requirement of the role that the successful applicant is fluent in Mandarin and English.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Creating inventory data and entering accurately into our ERP (Triumph)
- Review inventory stock levels and forecast orders based on sales data and promotional data
- Creating, Entering and Managing Purchase Orders
- Liase with our overseas suppliers, predominantly China, to rectify issues, negotiate prices and packaging changes
- Co-ordinate international shipping, obtaining shipping quotations and compare best shipping options for containers and air
- Check container movements daily and Troubleshoot shipping issues
- Calculate and report on landed costs
- Assist in the warehouse in picking orders during busy times
- Assist in locating stock in the warehouse
- Assist in setting up inventory with 3PL logistic providers
- Handling various administration tasks
- Fostering trusting relationships with our important ant Trade Partners
- **KEY SKILLS, COMPETENCIES & ATTRIBUTES**:
This position requires a person with:

- 4+ years experience in a supply chain industry
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification ideally with Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics or Procurement Background
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English
- Triumph knowledge is an advantage
- Great communication skills
- Experience with use of inventory-based management systems, bar-coding systems and hand-held scanning devices.
- Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety.
- A desire to make a positive impact on our company
- A strong work ethic with a 'can do' attitude, flexible and cooperative.
