We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Social Media Team to produce engaging content for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Snapchat etc) to maximise audience reach, engagement and grow our social media presence.

We see our Social Media Team as an extension of Marketing, and as such, always work with that focus in mind.

**Key Duties**

As a Social Media Coordinator at RASHAYS/Brand Rami, you will be responsible for brainstorming content ideas, coming up with catchy headlines, capturing and creating content (photo & video) across various social media platforms suited to the brand content pillars, scheduling posts, utilising analytics tools to determine the success of content and managing all social media platforms simultaneously.
- Have the ability to create content quickly
- Have initiative to stay organised and ensure posts are constantly happening
- Be able to think of new angles, catchy headlines, effective hashtags
- Have the ability to adapt quickly, capture organic content, and not be reliant on scheduling all the time
- Have experience in a similar role and/or extensive social media experience
- Have experience creating on-trend content and strategies for social media
- Have excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat etc
- Have knowledge and understanding of social media trends and metrics
- Be passionate, creative and have the confidence and ability to brainstorm new ideas
- Have flexibility and be willing and able to travel to different locations, including interstate
- Have strong interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Be able to work well independently but also working alongside team members
- Be flexible and able to work shifts outside of usual office hours as required. This may mean working between 12pm and 8pm or Weekends and Public Holidays if required.

Hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
