The Opportunity

Great opportunity to forge your career within Underwriting. We have a rare opportunity to join our team where you will be providing high levels of customer service and administrative support to the Underwriting team. We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference and is passionate about giving our customers the best experience possible.

To do this successfully you will:

- Providing pre-assessment and reinsurance referral support
- Pathology, Medical & PMAR management, monitoring requirements and payments
- Responding to enquiries and keep all stakeholders informed of the progress and status on an ongoing basis
- Good communication and telephone skills
- Customer first approach
- Insurance experience - Ideal
- Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
