**The Role**

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic full-time legal secretary to join our Adelaide Secretarial Team. The role involves working across the firm nationally as relief in all our commercial practice areas, working on a variety of tasks including:

- liaising with clients and staff
- diary management and travel booking
- preparation of legal documents
- monthly billing
- managing all electronic documentation

**Requirements of the role**
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- intermediate to advanced computer skills across the Microsoft suite, in particular Word and Powerpoint and a working knowledge of Excel
- experience using document management and billing/time recording systems (such as FileSite, Expert or similar)
- the ability to manage the workflow of multiple fee earners
- flexibility and be adaptable, proactive and be able to work unsupervised
- a positive attitude and team player approach, no matter what the task
- strong organizational and file management skills and initiative
