**The Role**:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our dynamic Disputes Team, working closely with four Partners. This role offers a chance to be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your organisational skills and legal support expertise will be highly valued.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Liaising with clients and team members to keep communication clear and resolve queries efficiently.
- Drafting, reviewing, and formatting legal documents and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Managing billing tasks, including invoicing, tracking billable hours, processing payments, and handling queries.
- Opening, maintaining, and closing electronic files, ensuring everything is organised and up to date.
- Preparing court documents, bundles, and briefs, ensuring they are properly formatted and organised.
- Handling confidential information with care and professionalism.

**What We Are Looking For**:
To be successful in this role you will have:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to juggle tasks for multiple fee earners.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of Excel and a typing speed of 60+ wpm.
- Experience with document management and billing systems like FileSite and Aderant Expert, or similar.
- Strong organisational and file management skills.
- A team player who works well with others.
- Proactive and able to work independently when needed.
