**About this role**
As a Workplace Relations Advisor within the Ministry of Health’s Workplace Relations Branch, you will be contributing to the delivery of strategic industrial relations advice and workplace relations initiatives that support a modern, sustainable workforce. You will work closely with key stakeholders including the Ministry of Health, public health organisations, and other government agencies to help achieve NSW Health’s workplace relations objectives.

Crown Clerk 5/6, starting salary from $99,938 - $110,271 p.a. plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

**About you**
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
- Tertiary qualifications in industrial relations, employment relations, Law, or a related discipline awarded within the last 5 years or equivalent experience
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- A growth mindset, and commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
