**The successful applicant will**:

- Ideate, write, and develop content to promote CBM’s advocacy and international programs.
- Manage end-to-end campaigns, including stakeholder coordination and external partnerships.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure consistent, high-quality content delivery.
- Identify and act on opportunities to boost CBM’s profile through media and campaigns.

**Specific outcomes required**:

- Passionate about human rights, news, and politics.
- Thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy working both collaboratively and independently.
- Experience in managing projects or campaigns with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external to the organisation.
- Strong communicator with a strategic mindset and a flair for storytelling.
- Comfortable working in a faith-based organisation.

**About you**:
The successful applicant will bring the following:

- Excellent communication and written skills, including strong ability to write for different audiences, editing and proof-reading, content design, as well as the ability to negotiate changes clearly and effectively with authors.
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working on and contributing to the management of organisation-wide projects in a cross-functional environment.
- Demonstrated proactive attitude with an ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Brings creative thinking and new ideas to support the achievement of objectives.
- Commitment to CBM’s mission and values.
- A willingness to contribute to the growth and development of CBM and its work.
- Experience working in or demonstrated understanding of international development and or disability equity and rights (desirable).

**To be considered for this role, you will have**:

- Tertiary qualification or demonstrated experience in a communications discipline.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor content for different audiences.
- Proven experience managing campaigns and working with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and adaptability.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media strategies.
- Understanding of disability rights or international development (desirable).
- Experience with Canva and Jira (desirable).
