**Eagers Automotive **are currently seeking highly motivated
**Business Managers** for various locations within Perth. You will learn how to effectively sell Finance and Insurance products to customers while providing excellent customer service.

**Duties will include**:

- Discussing the benefits of dealership finance and insurance to customers
- Delivering exceptional customer experience by understanding all areas of the business
- Building and maintaining relationships with your internal and external stakeholders
- Developing your knowledge of products & services
- Delivering value for customers
- To ensure the administrative operations are completed accurately

- Guaranteed Income level for the first 3 months while you learn, if required, after which you will transition onto a **base salary plus commissions**:

Ideally you will possess:

- Sales focused and KPI driven.
- A professional attitude.
- Have the ability to work within a team environment.
- Strong numeracy skills and intermediate/ high computer skills
- Strong attention to detail.
