Room Leader

**An excellent opportunity exists for energetic, experienced and passionate Diploma trained educators to join our team of professional educators.**

This is a permanent full-time room leader position within our 0-2 years group. You will be working alongside a fellow experienced Diploma trained educator and in charge of 12 children in your care.

Our service is designed to provide a warm and family-orientated environment promoting child development in a fun and educational manner, helping to prepare children for their further schooling years. Our highly-qualified educators are committed to working with each child in their developmental stages and provide a caring and happy atmosphere in which the children will be able to express themselves freely and show their individuality, therefore, ensuring optimal social, emotional and educational development.

**Selection Criteria**
- Diploma or above qualification as approved by ACECQA
- Minimum 24 months of experience in an early childhood setting (preferred) ideally with leadership experience
- Current approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications
- Current Working with Children Check
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent understanding of the EYLF and NQF
