Roster Clerk

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Coordinate and maintain staff rosters to meet client needs across various locations
- Allocate NDIS support worker shifts promptly and efficiently
- Work closely with Area Managers and Service Coordinators to ensure full shift coverage
- Respond to changes or gaps in the roster quickly and calmly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using rostering software
- Ensure compliance with the SCHADS Award and company rostering policies

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in rostering or scheduling (NDIS or community care preferred)
- Strong understanding of SCHADS Award compliance (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and rostering software (e.g., Carelink, ShiftCare, or similar)
- Availability Monday to Friday
