**About You**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Have experience with early age groups, programming and documentation
- Be a natural leader and love to share your knowledge
- Promote and advocate good health and treat every child’s health as a top priority

**Qualifications required**
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early - Childhood/Children’s services
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
- Employee Working with Children Check

**About the centre**

YMCA Tarneit Early Learning Centre is a magnificent purpose built 120-place centre with six rooms catering to children from six weeks old to five years old - operating 6:30am to 6:30pm, five days a week, 52 weeks a year.

Working with a diverse family like team with wide range of knowledge and qualifications from Certificate III to Bachelor of Early Education. with multiple learning environments including a large natural shared outdoor space and a large open planned common room and with actively engaged management from Early Years Director to Executive of Children's Programs there is always a strong supportive team working towards a better tomorrow where all people can belong.
