**Our Tarneit Centre**:
Our centre is licensed to 140 children across 2 floors with 8 rooms. We are based within an estate and there is ample parking on site. Like all our Explorers centres, we provide meaningful experiences for the children. Our indoor / outdoor environment encourages children to explore their inherent connection to nature, including dirt, sand and water. We are very excited to continue to welcome families and educators and open this wonderful new room to our families.

**The Role**:

- Work collaboratively and lead a team of educators
- Facilitate intentional teaching experiences for children
- Demonstrate good relationships with children, families and the team
- Lead the planning and be a first port of call for your team
- Delegate tasks to ensure all the educators are having the opportunity to grow in their profession
- Support and mentor your team

**Key requirements**:

- Diploma level Early Childhood education and care qualification in accordance with the Education and Care Regulations 2012
- Demonstrated ability to create and implement quality education program using portfolio method
- Experience or understanding of the Reggio Emilia approach highly regarded
- Experience in long day care or equivalent ideal
- Current First Aid training certificate
- Current Working With Children Check
