**Position Summary**:
We currently have a new opportunity for a Maintenance Administrator to join the Maintenance team in this newly created role. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Maintenance Administrator will support the team by managing daily and adhoc administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Manage spare parts orders, receipting and storage.
- Assist with accounts and administration tasks.
- Manage Inventory levels.
- Assist with maintenance scheduling.
- Assist with WHS compliance including Contractor Management.
**To be considered for this position you will possess the following skills**:
- Prior Office Administration experience is advantageous
- High level of computer skills & literacy
- Must be reliable and have attention to detail
