**Position Summary**

We are currently looking for Full-Time employees to join our growing Clothing Department in our R.M.Williams Workshop in Salisbury, Adelaide.

This role is responsible for supporting our clothing production lines in producing quality clothing and gaining an understanding of our products and processes.

We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, task orientated and reliable. You will need to be good with your hands, ready to learn and have a good attitude to work.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieving production KPI’s
- Working collaboratively within the team
- Understands and follows all safe work procedures
- Maintain a clean working environment
- General housekeeping duties
- Operating automatic cutting machine
- Spreading fabric
- Monitoring quality of fabric and cutting work

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience operating sewing machines, highly desirable
- Experience in a production/manufacturing environment is highly desirable
- Have the ability to work in a team environment & follow directions
- Great attention to detail with a strong work ethic
- Be physically fit & motivated to undertake manual and repetitive tasks
- Be a dedicated worker, punctual and flexibility to do overtime when required
- Great hand eye coordination
- Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
