The Alba Aged Care, comprised of 95 beds and Easy Living Apartments, comprised of 60 apartments provides customers with a continuum of options from independence through to clinical care and memory support. It offers state-of-the-art facilities within a light filled interior, on-site café, private dining facilities, hair and beauty spa, and gym along with many other activities in the Albert Park Lake area.

**Your New Role**

As a **Personal Care Assistant / Care Companion,**you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's well-being, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.

You will enjoy working within our **Better Together®**social model of aging well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships within the team, with our customers and family members
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
- Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive

**About You**

**Does this sound like you?**
- A truly customer-centric approach with the passion to deliver real ‘care’ to residents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work Part Time or casual Hours either Morning, Afternoon or Night Shifts across a seven-day roster
- Relevant qualifications eg: Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate III in Disability or similar
- A driver’s licence and access to a reliable car
- Fully vaccinated for COVID 19, including the Booster and willing to get a 2025 Influenza Vaccination
