**This opportunity**

Be responsible for the planning and governance function for IT including leading the annualised IT roadmap, delivery & capacity management, and IT resourcing plan. We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and articulate individual with successful track record of delivering major programmes and portfolios along with leading transformational improvements.

The role of the IT Roadmap Analyst is to understand the roadmap’s critical path and work with various delivery teams (IT and Non-IT). This requires responsibility for the full lifecycle of initiatives, in accordance with TPG Telecom’s strategic business objectives, and operating model.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing the overall IT roadmap / plan.
- Report on the consolidated IT roadmap from individual domains (IT SLT & delivery lead) roadmaps. Ensure roadmap sequencing between different IT domains and Network/Fibre team is not causing a clash (do
- able) based on a technical implementation do-ability, resource availability, test environment availability budget, priorities.
- Assess the impact of change to the programme roadmap to the overall objectives.
- Work with Architecture and technical team to understand & manage technical delivery dependencies.
- Manage the IT roadmap to support the benefits realisation plan, and to ensure that benefits are delivered in the best way possible.
- Accountable for planning internal resources required at each stage of the programme. Ensuring there is a forward-looking view that allows for sufficient lead time to attain key resources.

**Knowledge and experience**
- A Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant field.
- Business Analysis/Strategy experience desired but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including superior presentation and ability to convey ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Quick learner who can think logically and creatively and is able to plan, prioritise and organise activities systematically.
- Ability to work independently and deliver under pressure; distil large volumes of information and identify/articulate areas that require attention.
- Drive and passion to succeed in a challenging business and company environment.
- Excellent financial analysis skills.
