Asphalt Skid Steer/bobcat Operator

Opportunity to join a growing Asphalt/Civil company to be a skid steer operator. Opportunities to branch into other areas of civil works. Must be willing to be flexible and work in other areas of work scope when required. Nearly all work is in the local area with mainly dayshift work, though there are some blocks that will be night shift.

You will drive a HR or MR truck to site, though HR or HC licence would be preferred, and operate the bobcat as part of the Profiling Crew.

You must have:

- Skid Steer ticket (LS)
- Experience in operating bobcat broom and profiler
- Mechanical know how will be an advantage
- HR license with a clean driving record
- Minimum of 12 months bobcat experience
- A track record of stable employment
- Civils experience in other areas will be a great attribute we are looking for

Asphalt experience is desirable. We will be interested in your stable work history, your positive attitude and ability to learn. We will teach you how to use the other equipment we have.

You must be able to pass a pre-employment medical including physical abilities and a urine drug test.

**Salary**: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Illawarra, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
