About the Role

We're seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to support our busy Resource Recovery Facility. This role is hands-on and varied, offering the chance to make a difference in sustainable waste management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely sort waste into correct recycling streams
  • Operate a forklift to empty bins and load/unload trucks
  • Provide professional, timely service to customers
  • Follow all safety and compliance requirements

What We're Looking For:

  • Current forklift licence with experience operating a forklift
  • Physically fit (able to bend, lift up to 20kg, and sort waste)
  • Excavator and skid steer experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong work ethic and a positive, team-focused attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks
  • Commitment to safety and customer satisfaction
