Seeking a
**Responsible Manager** for an international company entering the Australian market in relation to the following proposed Authorised Activities of the client in relation to retail and wholesale clients:
**About the role**:
- provide general financial product advice for the following classes of financial products:

- deposit and payment products limited to non-cash payment products (For Digital Wallet); and
- foreign exchange contracts;
- deposit and payment products limited to non-cash payment products (For Digital Wallet); and
- foreign exchange contracts; and
- Assisting with the obtaining of an AFSL by Lancore Australia.
- Promptly providing to ASIC such information as may be requested by ASIC in relation to the appointment of the Responsible Manager to that role.
- Accessing (remotely or otherwise) the Lancore Australia’s operating systems, and reviewing activities related to the provision of the **Authorised Activities** upon request or as the Responsible Manager sees necessary, and reporting to Lancore Australia the results of such review as required. Such access may be monitored, supervised or restricted by Lancore Australia.
- Developing procedures (including templates) in conjunction with the Lancore Australia, in relation to the **Authorised Activities**.
- Preparation and ongoing review of the Lancore Australia’s compliance procedures, and assisting Lancore Australia to comply with the compliance procedures, including to advise and assist in relation to complaints, breaches and reporting matters, as required from time to time.
- Preparation and ongoing review of the Lancore Australia’s privacy procedures, and assisting Lancore Australia to comply with those procedures if required.
- Conducting training sessions, the content of which is determined between the Responsible Manager and Lancore Australia from time to time, to impart knowledge in relation to Authorised Services to the clients representatives.
- Assisting Lancore Australia to liaise with ASIC and other regulators in relation to the **Authorised Activities**, and related matters.
- Liaising with service providers, such as lawyers and market participants.
- Preparation and lodging of regulatory notices and returns.
- Any other duties associated with overseeing the **Authorised Activities**, or of a similar character to the duties described above, as reasonably requested by the client
