**COMPANY**

Our client is providing essential services and resource capabilities to support the University's teaching and research objectives. With a vast community of over 25,000 students and 3,500 staff members, we strive to deliver high-quality IT services and support.

**ROLE**

As a Client Computing Specialist, you will be an integral part of our End User Computing team, responsible for delivering Level 3 support and technical expertise to staff, students, and affiliates. Working autonomously and under limited direction, you will contribute to the implementation and maintenance of end-user solutions, ensuring efficient management of operating systems and devices
- Collaborate with the End User Computing Lead and team to implement cutting-edge solutions across multiple platforms.
- Develop and maintain desktop Standard Operating Environment (SOE) software and packages for various platforms.
- Provide Level 3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues.
- Produce and update documentation for all tasks performed.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer requirements and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated with IT trends in End User Computing for multiple operating systems and devices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support End User Computing goals.

**YOU**:
Must have experience in
- **Microsoft Configuration Manager**:

- **Windows Group Policy**:

- **Windows 10 Operating System**:

- **Cyber Security (Principles) - Not technical certification but a entry-level understanding of cyber security of end-user devices**:

- High-level knowledge of the IT environment and its connections.
- Demonstrated experience in desktop infrastructure support and various technologies.
- Current knowledge of IT trends in End User Computing across different platforms.
- Experience in developing and maintaining desktop Standard Operating Environment software and packages.
- Problem-solving skills to handle complex technical issues in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Relevant industry qualifications and at least four years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
