**About The Opportunity**

As the Commercial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by overseeing and guiding a team of 5 Business Development Managers. Your expertise and strategic vision will be critical in shaping our commercial strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and optimising our market potential.

Reporting to the General Manager you will be joining our Australian Team, the largest and fastest-growing region of Micromine.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Motivate, mentor, and lead a team of BDMs to achieve individual and team goals.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture that drives results.
- Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to expand our market presence, drive revenue growth, and outperform competitors.
- Analyse sales performance data, market trends, and customer feedback to optimise sales processes & improve conversion rates.
- Accurate pipeline forecasting, set sales targets, and work closely with the team to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.

**About You**

Key skills, experience, and qualifications:

- Mining industry experience (highly desired, not essential).
- Management Experience in leading a sales team.
- Knowledge and understanding of Micromine, its products and services.
- Significant strategic management and sales experience.
- Demonstrated successful sales record.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications.
