**About the role**
TAFE NSW has four (4) exciting opportunities for motivated individuals with current experience in Ageing & Disability to join our team as an Education Support Officer located across the Sydney region including campuses at St George, St Leonards, Meadowbank and Ultimo).

Your role will be responsible for a range of tasks which directly and indirectly supports the learning process for students from various backgrounds and needs. You will be a part of a dynamic team, helping students to understand their learning materials and concepts whilst creating an innovative and exciting educational environment.

Note: This role does not teach or prepare lessons or resources and does not deliver training nor undertake assessment.

**To be successful in the role you must have**:

- Certificate III in Health, Ageing or Disability minimum and related industry experience
- Ability to understand the content of the learning materials and the processes used in the Health, Ageing or Disability sector
- High-level interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to be proactive and show initiative and ability to explain ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to meet all the selection criteria as outlined in the position description.
