The Manager, Value and Quality leads four multidisciplinary teams to deliver consistent and reliable numerical environmental and weather prediction modelling, verification of scientific models post-processing solutions, and coordination of model deployment onto the Bureau's high-performance computer (HPC). You will play a key part in the Bureau's pipeline of service delivery by liaising closely with operational meteorologists in the Community Services Group, researchers in Science and Innovation Group, and architects, DevOps and HPC specialists in Data and Digital Group. You will drive innovation and scientific excellence to develop, deliver and maintain impact-based services and put customers and their needs at the centre of Bureau operations.
