The company is seeking a Product Manager with relevant experience to join the development

team in Sydney. The position will report to the Quality Engineering Manager. It represents an

exceptional opportunity for a result-driven individual in a new niche but exploding market. This

role includes management, design, verification, and documentation of various engineering

projects focused on performance, customisation, delivery and support to the end customer.

**Responsibilities, Duties and Expectations**
- Become the Product Manager for our embedded products, managing the product lifecycle through requirements definition, concept development and evaluation, development, verification, release, and sustainment.
- Work with a cross-functional team of designers, developers, sales, and customer support to continuously improve the product.
- Application of architectural and design skills to support the development of system requirements and well-defined interfaces.
- Support feature prioritisation and concept development for existing and future embedded systems.
- Oversee the system verification process ensuring test documentation and product validation is completed.
- Establish and maintain close relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers. Develop strong, reliable channels of communication with end customers from a range of technical and cultural backgrounds.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate product capabilities and vision and understand their challenges and requirements.
- Escalate critical issues to high level management as required.

**Qualifications, Experience and Skills**
- BS degree in relevant Engineering discipline (Communications, Computer, Electronics,
- Mechanical or equivalent), similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability in product management role and must have managed several products from initial concepts through development, launch, and sustainment.
- Experience in embedded system architecture design and development.
- Supporting knowledge of RF communication systems and design is desirable.
- You are comfortable operating in a Linux environment.
- Previous working experience with Verification and Validation (V&V) processes.
- You would excel in a high empowerment, fast paced, environment, surrounded by likeminded, high achieving people.
- You keep yourself up to date with the latest technologies, tools and methods to be effective in your role.
- An abundance of ambition and motivation to grow the company and compete with the big players in the industry.
- Experience working within an ISO 9001 environment.
