**About Our Client**:
This family owned business has worked within the luxury space for over 25 years across New York, Dubai, Hong Kong, The Netherlands and Australia. They are currently in growth mode are looking for an entry level sales assistant to join their team in Sydney.

Reporting to the sales manager and working as a part of a team of 4, your day will look like:

- Managing a portfolio of existing clients
- Client meetings
- Putting together client decks
- Updating the CRM
- Managing a client call cycle
- Identifying upselling opportunities
- Managing incoming leads from the website and phone calls

**The Successful Applicant**:
We are open to a variety of backgrounds, including retail, internal sales, account management, the wellness industry, ral estate, corporate reception and customer care & support centres. What we are looking for is a focus on ensuring the customer experience always exceeds expectations.

We are also looking for:

- A team player
- Train-ability and willingness to learn new things
- Strong verbal and written communications skills (ESSENTIAL)
- Knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Please note that only Australian and New Zealand Citizens, and Permanent Residents are eligible, as these roles are full-time and not suitable for Working Holiday, or Student Visa holders.
