With a long and proud history in Australia, this organisation is fully committed to the health and wellbeing of its members, customers and community. Having enjoyed significant growth in recent years, they now employ 8000 people providing financial, health and wellbeing services nationally.
In response to this growth and in line with positive organisational transformation, they are now seeking a Head of Employee Safety for a newly created, national business unit.

- Demonstrated ability in building strong stakeholder engagement and leading change initiatives across a dispersed and complex environment
