  • Team leadership – Manage and mentor a team of specialists across varied safety disciplines. Set direction, drive execution, and build a high-performing function.
  • Autonomy and ownership – Take full accountability for the safety strategy with the freedom and support to shape real outcomes.

What you'll do:
  • Design and deliver a prevention-focused, data-led safety and wellbeing strategy aligned to organisational values and business objectives
  • Oversee end-to-end WHS systems and processes, ensuring compliance, performance, and continuous improvement
  • Champion a positive, collaborative safety culture where leaders at all levels are equipped to own health, safety, and wellbeing
  • Partner across the business to embed safety into everything we do

What you'll need:
  • Tertiary qualification in WHS, allied health, or related field
  • Comprehensive understanding of WHS legislation, psychosocial risk management, injury management, and workers compensation
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing health, safety, and wellbeing strategies that deliver measurable business improvements
  • Strong data analytic skills, able to translate safety trends into actionable solutions
  • Experience in injury management and workers compensation case management
  • WHS experience within Retail and Warehousing environments is highly desirable
