**Barista Manager - Casual Weekday Role | $35/hr | Dural NSW**

**Cafe Saturdays** is Australia’s only café dedicated to Banana Bread and Low-Calorie Treats.

We’re hiring a **Barista Manager** for a **weekday cover period (5 June to 25 June)** to lead morning coffee service, uphold quality standards, and support front-of-house operations at our Dural café.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, maintains high coffee standards, and brings structure and leadership to the team — even in a short-term setting.

About the Role
- Lead weekday coffee service during the morning rush
- Maintain workflow between front-of-house and bar during service
- Manage machine setup, cleaning, prep and handover
- Support the FOH lead with cabinet setup, stock checks, and open/close
- Be the calm, confident presence on bar for the team

What We’re Looking For
- You must be **confident on bar** — milk texturing, speed, and cleanliness are non-negotiable
- Experience managing or running barista shifts is preferred
- Positive communicator who takes ownership and can run service without supervision
- Strong sense of pacing and visual standards under pressure
