About the Role
Are you ready to take your career to the next level in the fast-paced world of FMCG? Manassen Foods is on the lookout for a detail-oriented and driven Accounts Receivable Officer to support our end-to-end AR processes and keep our operations running smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Responsible for the full accounts receivable process for designated customers
Ensure payment allocations are timely, accurate and within terms.
Manage timely reconciliation of all debtor payments, including following up processing of credits, promotional claims and communication to the customer to rectify any errors.
Manage high-volume of customer claims in a timely manner and ensure they are actioned and resolved within an appropriate time-frame.
Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless transactions and foster positive relationships.
Prepare insightful reports to drive AR performance and manage write-offs.
**Skills and Experience**:

- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Must have experience in handling high-volume transactions and large ERP systems.
- Expertise in collections and claims management in high-volume environments.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within FMCG.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and intermediate Excel skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- A “can do“ attitude with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- A proactive mindset, teamwork spirit, and a professional communication style.
