As part of our evolving brand and digital transformation, we’re looking for a passionate, organised, and digitally savvy **Social Media & Content Coordinator** to join our Brand & Content Marketing team.

**About the Role**:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes social media, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings strong initiative, attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills. You’re hands-on, eager to learn, and ready to make an impact. With a solid understanding of key social platforms and content creation, you’ll be empowered to innovate and grow in the role.

You’ll be integral to supporting the seamless execution of content and brand initiatives across our digital and social platforms. From managing scheduling tools and campaign trackers to assisting in production logistics and community management, your work will ensure the brand is consistently presented with excellence and efficiency.

**What your day looks like**:

- Coordinate the social content calendar, scheduling posts and supporting campaign rollouts
- Assist with community management, monitoring comments and escalating when needed
- Manage digital assets, samples, and content logistics across teams and partners
- Support influencer partnerships, from research and coordination to contract documentation
- Help design and create content using templates, motion, and trends
- Track budgets, process invoices, and maintain accurate reports and post-campaign recaps
- Contribute to planning meetings, presentation decks, and day-to-day team administration
- Stay across social trends and competitor activity to support innovation and strategy

**What you’ll need to thrive**:

- 2-5 years' experience in marketing or content coordination, ideally in retail, fashion, or lifestyle
- Deep interest in social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest) and their trends
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with content tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Experience with social publishing or influencer tools (e.g., Dash Hudson, Later, Sprout) is a bonus
