- **Employment Full time - Temporary 6-month role (up to 30 September 2025)**:

- **Required to work a 24/7 roster (includes day, afternoon and nightshifts).**

**About the Opportunity**

We currently have multiple opportunities to join the Switchboard**team as a **Switchboard Operator, ASO2**on a term contract, working in a **full-time temporary role.**

The Switchboard operator is part of a small team delivering an effective, courteous and professional first point of telephone contact. The role responsibilities include a provision of immediate responses to Code and Emergency Calls; efficient delivery of telecommunication services by directing phone calls, pager requests and public address related messages in line with protocols and telecommunication etiquette.

We are looking for someone who has:

- Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills and ability to relate well to all people including professional staff and the general public
- Demonstrated high level of proficiency in keyboard skills
