**About the Role**:
As a Tractor Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing green spaces across our various commercial sites or council-controlled roadsides and open spaces.

This position is ideal for someone who has previous experience, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.

Hourly rates are above award and dependent on experience.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
- Ensure lawns and green spaces are mowed to a high standard.
- Assist with other groundskeeping tasks as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

**About You**:

- Must be familiar with operating Tractors (Reach Arm).
- Previous Experience in similar role.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Valid Drivers Licence
- White Card
- Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
