**We are excited to announce that as a result of an internal promotion, Nova Entertainment has an opportunity for an experienced Radio Producer to join Adelaide’s #1 FM breakfast slot.**

This is an amazing opportunity to be an integral part of our NOVA 919 breakfast team as we work together to achieve some big ambitions. We’re searching for someone who loves getting up in the morning and sharing stories, music, news and ideas. You would be part of NOVA’s Content Team reporting directly to Nova 919 Program Director and working closely with the breakfast announcers, developing creative ideas and implementing strategies that help us continue to grow our reach and audience.

**Some of the key things you will be doing include**:

- Work alongside the PD and presenters on the creation and delivery of audience-focused content.
- Always be thinking of the next big idea, angles to seize the moment, and reflecting current trends for the NOVA audience
- Work in conjunction with Production and Audience Engagement teams to produce sharable and engaging content that can live across a variety of digital platforms and channels.
- Edit and upload podcasts.
- Operate and monitor our callers during the show and ensuring suitability to go to air.
- Work with the PD to collaborate with Sales and Audience Engagement to commercialise content and introduce new concepts and content ideas.
- Manage the programs interview schedule and work with wider Content team in securing suitable opportunities.
- Be across all pop culture, music trends and news relevant to the audience and the program.
- Ensure all client deliverables are executed in line with campaign objectives.
- Produce audio highlights and any other required elements for the program as directed by the Assistant Content Director or Head Of Content.

**Why we will love you for this role**
- You will bring 3+years experience in producing breakfast or drive radio (this is essential)
- Proven Experience in operating studio equipment and systems
- High-level talent management skills - this includes the fun stuff as well as the performance management stuff (when required)
