Our client is seeking an Experienced Assistant Office Manager/ Personal Assistant to work within a fast-paced environment, must have excellent data entry and administrative expertise.

**Responsibilities**
- Diary management; coordination of meetings, workshops, team events & travel; preparing expense claims
- Coordination of the Health, Safety & well-being, leadership compliance actions, and activities
- Coordinate and continuously improve Finance content on the intranet
- Coordination of ongoing tasks such as Internal Audit actions.
- Coordination of recruitment, onboarding, induction, probation, offboarding process & activities across the Finance team
- Draft reports, meeting notes, and documents for executives
- Support the leadership team with any other administrative tasks
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings

**Qualifications**
- Degree Qualified or extensive experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Starting salary $70k Per Annum *Negotiable based on experience*
- Excellent interpersonal, written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
