We have an amazing opportunity for a passionate and dynamic Retail Assistant to join our Toorak retail store. We are looking for someone who is able to demonstrate food retail experience, with an understanding of operating systems.

**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Provide exceptional customer service where the customer will have memorable and meaningful experience in our store
- Ensure the store is maintained at its best at all time
- Stock products on shelves and label correctly
- Operate registers and calculate change manually if required

**Skills and Experiences**:
**Skills and Experience**:
Prior experience in food retail will be viewed favourably
Experience in customer service-oriented role
POS experience is an advantage
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook).
Strong work ethic with weekend availability
Organisational & time management capabilities with a focus on multitasking and reprioritising
Excellent communication, both written and verbal
Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
Positive attitude, proactive and shows initiative and works well under pressure
A can-do, team-focused attitude is essential for success
Strong interpersonal skills - ability to liaise confidently with customers and suppliers - excellent customer service skills
Attention to detail - Accurate key entry skills
