We have an amazing opportunity for a passionate and dynamic Retail Assistant to join our Toorak retail store.

**Description**:
We are looking for casual Retail Assistants for our Toorak store, someone who is able to demonstrate food retail experience, with an understanding of operating systems.

You will have the ability to chose what days of the week or weekends you work.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:
Provide exceptional customer service where the customer will have memorable and meaningful experience in our store
Ensure the store is maintained at its best at all time
Stock products on shelves and label correctly
Operate registers and calculate change manually if required

**Skills and Experiences**:

Prior experience in food retail will be viewed favourably
Experience in customer service-oriented role
POS experience is an advantage
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook).
Strong work ethic with weekend availability
Organisational & time management capabilities with a focus on multitasking and reprioritising
Excellent communication, both written and verbal
Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
Positive attitude, proactive and shows initiative and works well under pressure
A can-do, team-focused attitude is essential for success
Strong interpersonal skills - ability to liaise confidently with customers and suppliers - excellent customer service skills
Attention to detail - Accurate key entry skills
