**AB Dental & Medical have successfully focused on the Dental & Medical Industries for over 25 years. We service every State in Australia and have offices in Sydney and Melbourne. We are an industry leader in the provision of staffing solutions with an abundance of temporary and permanent roles. Our clients consist of 3000 Dental Practices and Australia and larger health insurance organisations both in private enterprise and in government.
**About the client:
Established in 2020 this client success is seeing them open more practices. Currently in Kotara and Tuggerah and soon opening in Corrimal. Offering general services using the latest technology and practices.

This practice is skilled with cosmetic dentistry an orthodontics. Their current mission is to build a team of professional with skills but also great personality. If you are generous, authentic and love dentistry, you will fit in nicely.

**About the role:
As the Practice Manager, you will ideally you will have the ability to hit the ground running. You will be responsible for overseeing the business side of a dental practice to ensure that the business runs smoothly. Your primary duties include mentoring and supervising administrative personnel, managing a records database, and processing payroll instructions. Ideally you will also be competent in safety management and facility management. As this is a relatively young business, your input for continuous improvement strategy and efficiency will see you manage the practice smoothly. You must thrive in an environment of a mixture of following directives and self-direction

**Duties may include:
- Creating duty rosters for Dentists and other staff of the practice
- Scheduling and confirming dental appointments
- Filling and maintaining patient medical records
- Hiring, training and supervising administrative support staff
- Organising building maintenance, security and cleaning services
- Ensuring that the practice meets legal, health and safety and other regulatory guidelines

**Qualifications skills and experience:
- a strong background (2+ years) in dental office management and/or administration; preferably clinical experience in the form of clinical dental assistant and/or hygiene.
- Demonstrated abilities in internal and external marketing, financial management, and dental software technology.
- Extensive experience/qualification in managing the financial and business
