Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Day to day operation of the Restaurant
- Staff management
- Service standards and excellence
- Recruitment, on boarding, training and development of staff
- Administration: reporting, creating rosters and reviewing cost of wages
- WH&S compliance, incident reporting and investigating
- Special Projects as required
- Skills & Requirements

Required
- Proven experience in a leadership role in hospitality
- RSA
- **Vibrant, enthusiastic and cheerful personality**:

- Passion for food, quality and making the customers love us
- Great leadership and communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kotara NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail Store Managers: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
