
Medical Receptionist at Specialist Practice

We are seeking an employee who is a team player and can demonstrate a high level of professionalism, efficiency, honesty and reliability. They need to demonstrate excellent time management, multitasking / organisational skills, a high level of communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Hours: 24 - 32 hours per week
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 1-year experience in medical reception.
- Exceptional customer service skills both in person and on the phone.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral.
- Demonstrates a high level of computer literacy.
- Strong time management and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with a proven record of following through with requests.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience with Medicare billing and private billing practices.
- Ability to work extra hours and/or days to cover holiday leave within a flexible environment if required.
Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience with medical software - Bluechip & Medical Director and medical messaging systems (e.g., Medical Objects).
- Previous experience in a specialist medical practice.
**Job Types**: Casual, Temp to perm
**Salary**: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
