**About Us**
HIVE is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) # 22341.
We successfully deliver government-funded and non-government-funded, nationally recognised qualifications. We offer qualifications from a Certificate III Level to an Advanced Diploma level. We have been uniting our learners' career aspirations for over ten years.
**The Role**
The duties include, but not limited to:
- Manage amounts of incoming phone calls
- Generate sales leads as required, including calling to new businesses
- Identify and assess the learners' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle any learner queries or direct them to the right person as required
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Advise on company information
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools
- Keep records of learner interactions, process learner accounts and file documents
**Requirements**:
- Customer service / support experience preferred
- Great phone manner
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Customer service skills and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
**Preferred**:
**Registered Training Organisation (**RTO)** **experience.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
