**The role**:
Opportunity for a **Supply Support Officer **to join our Above Water Systems (AWS) Business, and become an integral part of the Supply Support capability team based in Garden Island. You will be responsible for undertaking transactions and activities associated with Supply Support to meet the contracted Key Performance Indicators (KPI) within the Contractor's established quality and commercial guidelines. Working within the AWS Production Supply Support team, you will work to ensure the delivery of the operational aspects of the supply function with a strong focus on safety, excellence and integrity.

**Responsibilities will include;**
- I nterpret ing material forecasting data and milestones and prioritising for procurement and demand satisfaction
- Actively engage with all relevant stakeholders to build relationships, ensure prompt service response is provided, and to deliver the right stock levels to support objectives.
- Ensure availability of equipment and spare parts in the warehouse by monitoring procurement and repair activities, deliveries from supplier s, and shipments to the project locations
- Define material requirement s through the accurate mana gement of planning master data such as Bills of Materials, Unit of Measurement, Items list and all other respective ERP data updates.
- Ensure availability of procurement and delivery trackers and repair reports.
- Raise requisitions in Defence and Thales Enterprise Resource Planning tools
- Continuous improvement of the procurement/delivery and spare part management processes including optimisation
- Compile reports IAW the Electronic Supply Chain Manual (ESCM) and Defence Business Process Monitoring (BPM).
- Report the status of requisitions and purchase orders to all relevant stakeholders.

**How about you?**
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and cooperatively within a team environment.
- MILIS training completed.
- Experience in working with an Enterprise Reso urce Planning (ERP), CINCOM, SAP.
- An understanding of operating with and/or supporting the Australian Defence Force capability or an understanding of operating in a publicly - accountable environment will be desirable
