**About the Role**
An immediate opportunity exists for an experienced Technology Talent Partner to join our amazing Recruitment team on an initial 12-month contract, and help bring our digital strategy to life

BOQ are currently enjoying a rapid period of growth due to a large scale transformation to make BOQ the digital bank of the future with a personal touch. You will play a pivotal role in recruiting the best talent within our Group Tech division which is currently embarking on some fantastic projects including technology uplifts, integration projects and a huge cloud transformation. There has never been a more exciting time to be recruiting and attracting Tech Talent to BOQ

As an experienced Talent Partner, you will use a variety of tools to execute sourcing strategies and present qualified, crafted shortlists, creating bench and talent communities along the way.

You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to the improvement of recruitment tools and processes, get involved in recruitment projects, and partake in Employer Brand and EVP initiatives across multiple channels. **About you**
It goes without saying you’re a people person through and through You love to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in to a high volume, fast-paced workload.

You’re an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with a genuine passion for sourcing hidden talent and have a strong understanding of recruiting in the Technology space. You pride yourself on your ability to talk with the business in their language and build personalised strategic sourcing strategies that work for them.

Technology is your gig and you are seeking to use your agency or internal recruitment experience within a commercial organisation which offers excellent career development with extensive exposure to the business and broader People and Culture functions.

Your proactive attitude means that you see ideas turned into actions that you drive yourself, and you pride yourself on your timely, consistent and first-rate delivery. That’s right, you’re an idea generator, you wear many hats and are a true team player who can work at pace in a dynamic environment.
