**About the Role**
As the Business Administrator - known as a Customer Service Consultant (CSC) in Bupa, you will work alongside one other CSC and our General Manager. We are looking for an organised and proactive **Customer Service Consultant** with **strong rostering experience** to join our Care Home team. This role is all about ensuring staff coverage runs smoothly while supporting reception and administrative functions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Rostering** - Create and manage staff rosters, ensuring appropriate coverage and compliance. Work closely with managers and team members to handle changes efficiently.
- ** Reception & Administration** - Support front-of-house and administrative duties, ensuring a high standard of customer service and smooth operations.
**Skills & Experience**:
- ** Roster management expertise (essential)** - Experience in creating and managing staff rosters, preferably in aged care or healthcare.
- ** Aged care experience (desirable)** - Previous experience in a care environment is highly valued.
- ** Strong communication and diplomacy** - Calm, professional, and proactive when interacting with staff, residents, and families.
- ** Organisation and time management** - Ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing demands, and work independently.
- ** Technical skills** - Intermediate to advanced MS Office proficiency.
